Hooray Fringe Banner

A HOORAY for all of your celebrations! Birthdays, new jobs, bon voyage, good grades, a giant cake, or it's finally Friday. Delicate fringe in a stark white hangs from a shimmering cord secured with a gold flower sequin on each side. The letters are in my own and handwriting hand-cut with scissors. They are hand painted in a peachy-pink and sprinkled in chunky gold, fine neon pink, and copper glitter.

About 14 inches across with additional cord on each side for tying. Hangs down about 4 inches.
