Job Purpose: Performs activities associated with selling & stocking merchandise in a retail setting.. Responsible for management of Sales Associates. Large involvement in the marketing, social media, and visual aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager:

• Assists in interviewing and hiring sales associates
• Responsible for training all sales associates on store processes and procedures
• Ensures sales associates maintain consistent brand representation
• Works on sales floor as senior sales associate
• Delivers product knowledge to team and ensures sales associates can demonstrate product
• knowledge to customers
• Regularly evaluates performance of sales associates and provides feedback and/or disciplinary
• actions as necessary and approved by Store Manager
• Manages inventory through ensuring regular inventory counts are being preformed
• Maintains inventory levels of supplies and orders/or reports low stock to Store Manager
• Ensures store remains cleanly and organized at all times
• Assists in planning in-store events
